An elegant shawl collar (a collar and lapel cut as one continuous curved piece, with no notch), pairs with grown on cap sleeves and 3 bakerlite-style buttons - it has truly been designed with versatility in mind. You will notice the blouse is subtly fitted into a waist seam with a peplum below (a short, flared panel that flares out from the waist, adding movement and structure)... Very flattering.
